She is suffering from an acute case of "IMANIDIOTFROMTHESOUTH" Syndrome. This is an ambiguous syndrome with vague characteristics such as poor grammar, slow speech, and tobacco abuse. Some medical experts feel this is a genetic defect with a mutation of the long arm of chromosome 14. Others feel it is the result of a gene pool complicated by too many "Kissin Cousins" taking the term to the literal level. In any case, those that suffer from this ailment claim to not bear any responsibility for their actions, no matter how stupid or pointless such actions are. This unborn child, for exampe, will one day become a Republican. His defense for this mindless decision will be the nicotine that warped his brain at such a young age. Bless his little heart.
